My recent purchase of a Rel Acoustics Carbon Special subwoofer from Editor’s Choice HiFi is a text book example of excellent customer service and support. I called and spoke with co-owner Mindy late on a Friday afternoon and discussed payment, shipping and insurance. In a matter of minutes I received an email with payment instructions. The following Monday I received a follow up email with photos of the subwoofer in the shipping carton (to verify its condition) prior to pick up by the shipper, together with the tracking information. On the day of delivery I received an email from Mindy with recommended inspection instructions prior to accepting delivery from the shipping company.
