David and Mindy McGinnis created Editors Choice Hifi for Music lovers and Audiophiles to come and enjoy high end equipment in an atmosphere that is private, financially stress free and relaxing. They strategically designed a 4-soundroom building with 2 designated listening areas, plus, an outdoor area that can house 50 plus people while listening to an outdoor sound system surrounding the pool.  When you drive onto the 5-acre property, we want you to feel as if you are at an Audiophile resort. Our goal is to provide our customer with an “Audio Experience, like no other!”  It took several years to finalize this facility, but it was more important to David and Mindy for pure excellence than just getting the doors open.  David is a true veteran when it comes to the history of the audio world. At age 13, David started installing audio systems in cars and soon after started entering Car Audio competitions. He owned and operated his own Home Theater Business, design, and installation company for 20 years. David and Mindy have had the pleasure of experiencing all types of audio equipment and they have handpicked, in their opinion, to be the finest for a wide variety of budget ranges. When deciding what brands to carry in the Editors Choice Hifi store, there were so many details that had to check the box before choosing. The manufacturers’ heart, passion and commitment to their product was absolutely needed, the quality of equipment vs dollar amount was researched, and the sound produced…. had to be “more” than just sound – there had to be a connection.  Your time and money are very important, we don’t plan on selling you something you don’t want or don’t need. We will listen, we will understand, and we will validate before we ever make suggestions to you. We want you to want, to come back to see us for all your audio journeys.  A quick sale is not what we are after.
